Start here: your first day

Welcome to SundarVahi. This page gets you from your first sign-in to your first bill.

1. Sign in

1. Open app.sundarvahi.com on the shop computer, or open the Windows app.
2. Type the login name and password we gave you, and click Sign in.
3. Forgot the password? The owner can reset a staff password (see Staff logins). Owners: message us on WhatsApp.

2. Finish the setup guide

A new shop sees a short setup guide that asks for your shop details. Fill each step and press Ctrl + Enter for the next one. Alt + ← goes back. Esc skips it for now; it shows again at the next sign-in.

3. Find your way around

• The menu on the left has every screen: POS Billing, Products, Inventory, Sales, Customers, Reports, Settings and more.
• Alt + 1 … Alt + 0 jump to the 1st … 10th item in the menu.
• Press F1 on any screen for Help: short "How to" steps and the full list of keyboard shortcuts.
• Each staff member only sees the screens their role allows.

4. Make your first bill

Add a few products first (Add products and stock), or ask us to bring in your old data (Import from Excel, BUSY or Pro POS). Then follow Make a bill.
