Import from Excel, BUSY or Pro POS

You do not need to type your old data again. We also do this for you during the free trial.

From Excel or BUSY

  1. Owner: open Settings → Backup & import → Excel / BUSY.
  2. Pick the file. SundarVahi guesses the columns (name, price, balance…); check them in the preview.
  3. Press Ctrl + S to import the rows, or Esc to close without importing.

From Pro POS

Settings → Import from Pro POS: pick the Pro POS backup file. Products, customers, suppliers and balances come in.

After any import, compare the counts and the total khata with your old software before you stop using it.
